Shadys Lady wins Naas finale
Lightly-raced seven-year-old Shadys Lady (2/1) gained a deserved first success today, landing Naas’ concluding Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares INH Bumper for trainer Declan Queally and his longstanding owners Neil and Bridget O’Mahony. Sun 09th Nov
Switch for Diesel to go jumping next season
Switch From Diesel (4/5f) continues to motor along in bumpers and today the Ross O’Sullivan-trained mare landed Naas’ concluding Bar One Racing "Bet 10 Euros Get 50 Euros Sign Up Offer" Bumper. Sun 09th Mar

she wasn’t in long enough when we entered her in Roscommon and we kind of got roped into running because it looked like a very weak race. A mile-and-seven furlongs racing on good around Roscommon is sharp and she just doesn’t have the speed. She stays. If she produced her form from here in March (when finishing second to smart mare Switch From Diesel) she’d win, so I was delighted. Neil O’Mahony was my first owner eight years ago and has been with me through thick and thin, so it’s great to get another winner for him. She’ll probably go for a maiden hurdle now.
