Review galway 5th Aug
Ballyegan Hero just got the better of Only Mine in a thrilling finish to the Galway Shopping Centre Handicap Hurdle at GalwaySat 05th Aug
she's progressed no end since winning her maiden on the Flat and she just seems to be getting better with every run. She's a nice filly to look forward to during the summer, hopefully. She had a nice blow and I didn't want to be hard on her for no reason. I think she'll come on fitness wise from it.

Her jumping will improve and it's good to know she can handle soft ground as well. She has plenty of gears and will go back on the Flat eventually but we'll keep going jumping over the winter. It's great for Brian and Neville Eager is his sponsor. Brian was involved with selling her to Neville so that's why he rode her today. Brian did it very well and deserves all the opportunities he gets and is a hard working fellow. He is in riding out once a week for us and it's his first winner for us. He's also my landlord so I might get a week's rent from this!. She didn't cost a huge amount but is now three from three.
W P Mullins
she was quite keen early on and was also a little worked up beforehand.
W P Mullins
She looks a real nice mare, and Patrick thinks she could go back on the Flat and win. It's the owners first horse with us and she looks a nice one.
