Kilbeggan Sat, 10th Aug, 2024  Run For Oscar He hadn't won since the English Cesarewitch (in 2022) even though he had run some good races,. It was a good opportunity for him and the three miles was a big plus. He isn't the quickest of jumpers and missed one or two but it was his race. We don't have a plan but we'll go for a similar race if it comes up, although I don't think he'll go back to France. I'm delighted to get the win as he has been a brilliant horse.

Kilbeggan Fri, 12th Jul, 2024  Kilashee Kilcarry Bridge is her brother who won nine races and Willie Mullins had New Kid In Town another brother, it’s some family. They want to go out and race and they wear their heart on their sleeve. Shane Fitz is the only man to have won on her. He’s coming into me a few days a week and that’s his third winner for me this year. I’m delighted for him as he’s a great lad and it’s great to see him back riding winners. We’ll mix it between hurdles and fences with her and hopefully the handicapper won’t be too hard on her.

Clonmel Fri, 7th Jun, 2024  Kilashee It was about time we got going (form-wise)! Kilashee always runs well here and both those two horses finished well ahead of the third. Father Jed might have been unlucky not to have won. The two horses live together out in a field. Shane is a good lad, is with me a few days a week and rode his first seven or eight winners as a conditional jockey for me.
