Tue, 10th Mar, 2026  Old Park Star We’ve been here a long time, so we’ve got to know each other!. This is a race that’s been kind to us over the years. It’s always a good race and the best novice hurdlers are all coming out to play. You have to have a good horse and we’re very lucky they’ve come along — it’s a long time since our first one in River Ceiriog (1986). Constitution Hill was obviously freaky when he won it and then your Altiors and Shishkins went on to jump fences and I would imagine that will be next year’s game for this horse. On a day we’ve said goodbye to Constitution Hill (over jumps), it’s nice to come straight in and a bring on a new one we hope could be a star. These young horses keep you going and I’m not going anywhere unless they want to pension us off!. The first race on the first day is the best one you can get and England are one up (over Ireland)! I don’t know if we’ll be saying that on Friday night, but we’ll keep trying.

Mon, 9th Mar, 2026  Act Of Innocence Our boy is pretty smart and we were trying him over a new trip at Huntingdon. Two and a half miles round Huntingdon bears no relation to two and a half round Cheltenham but he will get it and he has some toe as well, he’s a beautiful horse.

Mon, 9th Mar, 2026  Lulamba “Lulamba is great, but I would just be frightened Kopek might be a bit more of a two-miler than we are. Lulamba could be a bit like Jango Baie last year, but I do think he is a bit sharper,

Sat, 21st Feb, 2026  Constitution Hill It was a wacky idea, I just wanted a race and it turned out to be a lot more than that. It was the most amazing night, the atmosphere was just crazy.

Thu, 12th Feb, 2026  Constitution Hill I’ve no doubt he’s still as good as he was two years ago. His work is as good as it has ever been, which is why we can do this on the Flat. A mile and a half will be ideal for him.
