A Brace of Quick Doubles
Everyone is aware at this stage of the Cleary family's poignant association with Ballybrit and their teak tough mare Miranda's Girl followed up Monday night's win in the Guinness And Oysters European Breeders Fund Fillies Handicap. Thu 31st Jul
The ground was against her in (Royal) Ascot. I only have four in training and is it wonderful to be able to win a race like this. She doesn't deserve to loose it (in the Stewards Room). She will go to Doncaster now for the Doncaster Cup but that is ground dependant. She was suppose to go to York during the week but it was a frustrating week watching the weather. She is in the sales too but I think we will keep her after that. We are lucky to have her and she is a fantastic, unbelievable mare.

That's fantastic for her. The conditions suited and the ground suited today. We were going to go to the Curragh but I changed my mind,. She could go for the Cesarewitch now to finish the season. We'll try and get a bit of black type with her next season. Me and Frank Broad have a small team and it's fantastic for us. We've had 15 runners with nine placed and three winners.

The plan is go for the G.P.T in Galway next. He has been running over 7f to a mile so it was risk running him over this trip but it has paid off.
