He has loads of ability and it was just getting everything right today . getting him jumping and the ground. Thank god it all worked out,. It was a great finish. He does have a turn of foot and a bit of class. I've nothing laid out for him and Barry and myself will have a chat. He needs that good to firm ground.

It's nice to get a winner,. He was always travelling best but he didn't want to get there to soon. He would have been unlucky to have got beaten. He'll go to Galway for a three-mile 0-130 handicap hurdle. I'd like to thank Aidan Connolly who works with me and has put a lot of work into his jumping.

The horse has improved a good bit. The horse is a pleasure to train and I'm delighted to have him. He's very straightforward and has got a great turn of foot. He probably wants further. We'll sit down and discuss a plan.

He inhaled mud at Clonmel the last day and didn't travel afterwards. We always knew he was a good horse and he'll go hurdling now.
