FormscanBy Tom Weekes - DLAURO comes with a big reputation and huge price tag here and can make a winning bumper debut. He was an impressive point to point debut winner at Belharbour last February when trained by Donnchadh Doyle and 11 days later was bought for all of 410,000BGP at Cheltenham Sales. He was purchased by Melbourne Cup winner Rekindling's owner and is very likely to have the pace to win this bumper. Passageway represents Willie and Patrick Mullins and also very likely to have bumper winning potential. He was a narrow second on his latest point to point start last October when trained by Pat Doyle and will have been lined out for this race. Minella Indo himself won his own debut point to point win at Dromahane and is another to sound claims. He won his point when trained by John Nallen, is a half-brother to four winners including high class chaser Benatar and could have enough ability to win a bumper. Perpignan, a six year old, won on his second point to point start and while he is from the family of Merry Gale and cannot be ruled out, the form his point win is nothing special. Major Mitchell is from the family of Jodami and represents leading connections and can also get involved. Kate Harrington rides newcomer Discordantly,a half-brother to three winners, who runs in Howard Spooner's colours while stablemate Envious Editor makes his bumper debut in a hood having won a Belharbour point to point in February. %0A
