The Bushranger gelding stayed on into a moderate third behind Orderofthegarter on the opening day of the turf season at Naas, and showed further promise when again encountering soft ground in recent handicap starts including behind Ojinjintka at Killarney. Reimagine gained a handicap mark when the yard was out of form earlier in the year, and any market move after a near three-month break would be interesting. Maximus Daia and Perfect Soldier have both won maidens this year with plenty of cut in the ground, and the latter followed up his Galway success by finishing runner-up to Not A Bad Oul Day at Roscommon. Acclamatio has left some modest Dundalk form well behind since campaigned on the Festival circuit this summer. He recorded a 33/1 shock when reappearing at Killarney, and ran well subsequently on a much softer surface at Galway.
