Formscan - Newtown Rambler didn't seem to appreciate the return to hurdling when pulled up at Market Rasen, but his form over fences would give him obvious claims of bouncing back. Coup De Coeur went up 3lb for his Cartmel victory in May and enters calculations, but a chance is taken with fencing newcomer SMOKE TRAIL. Both his hurdle wins came at this track, including on this card 12 months ago, and the five-year-old has the credentials to make up into a better chaser.
