Formscan - Kilmore Rock was a disappointing favourite when bidding to complete a four-timer at Hexham when last seen. However, he is better than he managed there and could bounce back having been freshened up by a break. Heed the betting market on his first start since June. Nevertheless, with match-fitness on his side, dual course winner HALF SHOT shades preference from 2lb below his last winning mark. Saint Arvans also goes well here and could be a better alternative than Wal Buck's on these terms.
