Formscan - Masaban made all the running to score in decisive fashion at Musselburgh and might have been underestimated by only a 3lb rise, but GOLDEN STRIKE can prove too strong. The gelded son of Calyx was beaten a head into second in a stronger race at Newmarket latest and appears to hold outstanding claims dropped into a class 5 event. Evocative Spark finished second in the corresponding race 12 months ago, albeit off 9lb lower, and has to be of some interest.
