Curragh Sun, 9th Aug, 2026  Ibelieveicanfly The better the race, the better she is going to be. She has such a high cruising pace. In an ordinary run maiden she is just in a gear too high. She has a lot of class. There was plenty of pace on and Ryan was very happy with her.

Curragh Sat, 18th Jul, 2026  Porto Vecchio He's a very progressive colt and I thought he'd run a very nice race. He hasn't been on grass this year yet, which is surprising for one of mine. This was his first time, so I thought he just might find it all a little bit strange, and be a little bit immature. He did it all very professionally. He's a good colt. I think he's definitely stakes calibre. He's an own brother to Homeless Songs, who won the Irish 1,000 Guineas for me. I'd hope that we could build him into a horse that could run in the National Stakes, that'd be the plan for him. My first two-year-old colt to run this year. I said a couple of weeks ago, when Purview won the Group 3, that we had some nice two-year-olds to produce in the coming weeks and he was the first of them.

Leopardstown Thu, 9th Jul, 2026  Maire Rua She's a nice filly. As Colin says and, we said it all along, if we have a good one at home it's her. First day away, I tend to get stall 14 of ten when I'm up here when I've a nice filly! She's done it; there should be plenty of improvement on it. That's the first time she's ever been off the bridle with me. We'll bring her home and, we'll see how she comes out of it but the usual, it's nice to win first time out but it's not important. There's a new Listed in Cork on 14th August - that type of race we'll look at and, then you'd like to hope that she's going to keep doing that. The ultimate dream in Glenburnie is always to try and win a Moyglare. Hopefully if you win a Moyglare, you know you have one of the main characters for next years Classics and that's what the dream is. As I said, if we have a good one, it's her.

Ascot Fri, 19th Jun, 2026  Opportunity I did see the royal colours and I’ve deep respect and admiration for them. I was just glad to get a winner at Royal Ascot, that’s the main thing and I’m enjoying every minute of it. I go home Sunday, but I want to be back next year. This time last year he behaved appallingly here, he was too free, he was a mess and he ran awfully. I said it on Wednesday, a patient trainer needs patient owners. We put him away, gelded him and he’s come back a different horse. He’s a bit soft, he needs nourishment, not punishment. He received the most magnificent ride, the horse was relaxed, breathing properly, and then the rest is history — it’s great.

Limerick Wed, 10th Jun, 2026  Res Ipsa Sometimes you can get carried away with the pedigrees so the horses have this weight on their shoulders, so I just wanted to place this one to tick the maiden box, and to stop thinking of him as a good horse. At the minute, he is just a 'horse' and he did this the way you'd expect him to do it. A mile is a good fit for him and he is very much a work in progress. We'll see how he goes, but it will be baby steps until he proves otherwise. (Third-placed) Camino Lad ran well and it was a great bit of handicapping! It took him a while to get him started and he is a nice horse but is raw as hell. Hopefully he can build on this.

Dundalk Tue, 26th May, 2026  Believed Ben said the last time she was ready to step up to a mile and a half. She's a little bit generous like most of those Frankel's, she gives you a lot in the morning, and she could be keen. We spent a bit of time kind of concentrating on getting her relaxed. Ben said she was much more easy today, the hood has seemed to help her as well. She's a very nice filly who stays well and I think she should improve. She should keep improving. At the moment, a mile and a half seems like a good trip for her. She is bred to stay. She has won a maiden by eight lengths in Ireland, so she is ready to step up. We'll speak to the lads and see what they say. It is just always nice to get that maiden win.
