Dundalk Wed, 11th Feb, 2026  Ben Lawers he's a nice horse and he scoped dirty after he ran here the last day. We came back in trip today and he did everything right. He actually jumped slowly and relaxed for the first time in a race today. Keithen said he took two massive blows in the straight, so he’s going to improve no end as he was only just ready to start today. To be fair to Keithen, between himself and Sean Byrne, they ride him out every day and he is a pretty difficult ride at home, so he knows him very well. He'll have a little bit of bragging rights!. I'd say we will come back up here with him as he loves very fast ground. He's a horse that I think will keep on stepping up through the grades and he's a fun horse.

Dundalk Fri, 16th Jan, 2026  Ocean Manifest Very consistent. It took a long time for him to win the maiden, but we kept him lightly raced, kept him sweet, and I think that has been the key to him. He had a breathing operation last April, so it has just taken a bit of time to get the confidence back into the horse. He has been a revelation there this winter, holding his form really well. Delighted for John Kirkland and his wife Jeanette, and also Jim and Geraldine Ryan who have been great supporters of me so far, they have a couple of nice horses with me. I'm just delighted this horse is flying the flag for the winter months. We will look for something similar next. We might be out of the '80' bracket, but we will look for something hopefully in the '90' grade in a month's time and we will see what is there. I'm not sure whether Newcastle would suit but we will come up with a nice plan for him. Possibly Lingfield. He's a real good-ground horse and he wants a flat track. He will be a nice horse for the summer months, I'm sure. He's lightly-enough raced and I'm hoping that there is more improvement to come. He's definitely a better horse over the mile trip.

Dundalk Wed, 12th Nov, 2025  Ocean Manifest It was a lovely opportunity for the horse. He should have won his maiden long before now, but that will give him plenty of confidence - I hope. It is my first winner for these owners (John Kirkland and Mrs Jim Ryan), they have been very supportive of me. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with and hopefully that will give them plenty of confidence to keep the support. This means a helluva lot to me. Hopefully, this horse will kick on and do a bit more in the winter. There was a bit of word for Joseph's (Seola) beforehand, so we were a little bit worried about the three-year-old filly getting all the allowances. She had a good run in Galway the last day. We were just keen to keep things very simple on him. He knows his job. We have probably a dozen in (for the winter) and we will lightly campaign the majority of the string. We had a winner last week, Instant Appeal, and hopefully he is one that will serve us well throughout the winter. We have a nice little squad of them. We have had to freshen up the whole team.
