It was a good performance, we’re delighted with that. She stepped forward from her maiden, she won her maiden over two-and-a-half in Limerick. I thought there was plenty of depth to the race this evening. They went a proper gallop all the way, she settled in well, and jumped super. I love the way she quickened off the bend, down to the last. She’s a nice filly. She’s not that big but she jumps really well, and she handles that bit of ease in the ground as well. I’m delighted for Nicola (Coppez — sister of owner Peter Fitzgerald) and everyone involved. We’ll see what options there are for her, but she’s entitled to take the next step forward.

John gave her a super ride — he’s riding out of his skin. I’m delighted for the Fitzgeralds, and she looks like another nice mare. She toughed it out and stayed on well up the straight. She had been working well. She did a nice piece of work in Monksgrange a couple of weeks ago so we hoped she might run well.
