After race at Leopardstown Mon, 2nd Feb, 2026 (1st)  When he took it up, I was thinking ‘are we there too soon?’. said Fenton. Niall (Moore) knew what he was doing. He took the bull by the horns and it worked out. He’s in with me six days a week and is a great chap. He had to get down to 9st 9lb today, so that would be tough going. He wouldn’t have had much to eat over the last three or four days. He was adamant he’d do the weight, so fair dues to him for pulling it off. After race at Cork Thu, 20th Mar, 2025 (1st)  At Clonmel the last day, for some reason, he didn’t handle the heavy ground and while he ran well in Limerick (previously) on heavy, but it was maybe looser. In Clonmel we were disappointed because he was well beaten. The ground made a big difference to him and he jumped much better. Today he seemed to excel over the two-and-a-half (miles). From day one he was a good jumper but the last day he left it behind him a bit as he was sloppy at some of the jumps. He’s a light-framed horse, so we can’t overdo it, so his next run could be a month away, but it looks as if he’s going to be okay. Philip Fenton
