She’s a smashing mare. She’s only six-year-old and we thought the world of her all the time,. She lost her form during the winter. She’s a Cloudings, I thought if the ground was well watered today she’d have a right chance. She’s a good tough honest mare. Herself and her workmate Kate Knows Best, who won the other day, are good mares. I have a bunch of very nice mares and she’s one of them. She’ll probably go over fences before the season is out. The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Artic Lane, trained by Declan Queally, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the bend between the second last and last hurdle, involving Yeats Star, ridden by Sam Ewing, unplaced, Artic Lane, ridden by C. Stone-Walsh, unplaced and Armed And Fabulous, ridden by B. Hayes, fell at the last, where it appeared that Yeats Star stumbled. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Sam Ewing stated that his mount is a small animal and stumbled independently of any other runner. C. Stone-Walsh stated that his mount was beginning to come off the bridle and that no contact was made

B. Hayes stated that his mount came off the bridle and that no contact was made. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted

Brouder, placed sixth, and Walking On Glass, ridden by A.P. Kelly, unplaced, where it appeared contact was made. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
