Ruby Walsh has two fancies at Galway on Friday evening to get the weekend off to a flyer. On the latest episode of Paddy Power's ‘From The Horse’s Mouth’ he discusses which Willie Mullins contender could end up a nice price.

Guinness Beginners Chase, 5.30

Vicar Street will probably be all the rage of Willie’s pair. Harry Cobden rides Vicar Street, who won at Roscommon, but he has been beaten on the two occasions he has been to Galway in the past.

He was second in a novice hurdle last year, but he has still been beaten twice there.

I thought Ocastle Des Mottes could end up a fairly decent price.

He’s a horse that has probably never really delivered on the potential he has shown, but he is a 126-rated chaser with loads of experience.

I think there is a race in him somewhere along the way, and Friday night might be the night to catch him.

Guinness Handicap, 6.35

Then we go to the Guinness Handicap over a mile and a half, a €110,000 handicap.

I like Thread of Gold, I wasn’t mad keen on him in the Nasrullah Handicap. I didn’t think he had the experience, and I was not sure he would be fast enough for nine furlongs, but he got the job done at Leopardstown on that Thursday night.

I think going up in trip will really help him carry the penalty. I thought he was crying out for this distance myself.
