She was good and tough and stays. They went a proper gallop, she jumped and travelled and Jack said she was in her comfort zone,. It was very unfortunate the last day when she just jinked back from the tape. There was no badness or it was nothing to do with Sean (Flanagan) but she gave him no chance of staying on. She had been very tricky but is a different mare this year as we got an issue sorted with her last year.

After race at Galway Sun, 26th Oct, 2025 (1st)
Sam said they hacked around and that she showed some gears from the back of the last. She has loads of boot and I’d say she is only coming to herself, as she was only in six weeks before Listowel. She has so many gears and is back to where she was. She had a big procedure done removing an abscess under a tooth in July so was in hospital for a full month. It had been niggling at her all last year but is sorted now. We’ll probably look for a graded race now.

After race at Listowel Fri, 27th Sep, 2024 (1st)
Today was the plan and her mother won the same race. She was in training last year and was hard work but we were very happy with the way she reacted today. She is a very racey mare and did a bit of work up the Vic (Old Vic gallop at the Curragh) over a week ago and it was awesome. She is proper and is green as well, as she is inclined to lug a little right. She always does that but when he (Mullins) let her down, she was straight as a gun barrel. I thought she was very cheap and begged Ciaran (Mooney, owner) to go the extra few bob for her as I thought she was a bargain (at €75,000). We'll keep her in bumpers this season and she has started off in the right direction.
