I was just saying to the owners, Sophie and John (Barrett) before the race, that since he has been gelded, he has definitely settled down. Beforehand, he was sweating and things before the race. He has (plenty of pace) and he will be alright. Five (furlongs) on goodish ground is probably sharp enough for him. No (didn't mind the rain), only sorry we didn't have a bit more, but anyway he got away with it. He did (everything right in the race today) and I suppose a stiff five or an easy six is probably his thing. He enjoys it here and won as a two-year-old here.

He did that well, probably being gelded helped him. Five could be more his trip than six. We wouldn’t rule out going six again, but he showed plenty of pace there. He always seemed to be in command. We’ll try and get as much money as we can with him! Today’s race was worth a bit and wherever there is something similar, we’ll look at it.

He didn't get seven furlongs last year so rather than trying to stretch him out, we decided to keep sprinting. We'll see what Mr O'Gorman's (handicapper) opinion is and there's a Premier Handicap at Naas before the Punchestown festival and a Listed race at Navan for him, hopefully he will make into that level. He won on easyish ground at Navan but wouldn't want soft.

He is (going the right way) and he hit the gates well there today again. He won well and was a long way clear of the third. He should be a better horse next year.
