Dundalk Wed, 20th Nov, 2024  Queens Fury She's been running in tough company all year. She did (enjoy it today) and it is the first day that I saw her that she was really relaxed. She has had a tough campaign all year and she merits her mark, certainly now anyway. We are delighted with that. I'll have to check with Kia and Robson (if she will run again in Dundalk this year) and see what they say.

Navan Wed, 9th Oct, 2024  Golden Ocean She's gorgeous. Jim Ryan bought her as a yearling and she's an absolute oil painting. She's a beautiful, old-fashioned looking filly and she's bred to look that way. She's out of a three-time Group-1 winner by Galileo. Beautiful temperament and she is very enthusiastic. She's still relatively unexposed. We were learning about her on her first couple of starts. She went home then to Jim's farm for a couple of months and she freshened up lovely and she strengthened up. She grew up and she came back to me in beautiful shape before she won the last day. I'd say she will go a mile and a-quarter next year. She is one that it is nice to go through the grades with because she needs to grow up a little bit. Seamie really likes her and we will look forward to her next year.

Killarney Mon, 7th Oct, 2024  Martinelli He was a late-maturing type so hasn't been overly raced and had his trip and ground today, as he likes a good dig in it. I knew they'd go fast around here and watching it, I was very happy the whole way and it was a class ride from Colin. . We'll see what the handicapper does and he could eventually be a nice horse for someone to go hurdling with. He is very athletic, is well related and a brother (Bow Creek) had been at stud in England. Hopefully now he can keep improving.

Navan Sat, 7th Sep, 2024  Golden Ocean She's a filly we always thought a lot of. She had a genuine excuse that day in Naas and things just didn't go right in Leopardstown. She's a big filly that we always thought of next year for. She is very well-bred, she is out of a mare that won three Group Ones. Jim Ryan took her home after her last run and just gave her a month at home. He gave her plenty of TLC and he gave her a break exactly when she needed it. He did plenty of work with her at home and I got her back a month ago in brilliant order. All I had to do was not mess her up. Seamie said she will be better in a better race going 1m2f next year. She is still a big baby and very important to get her winning bracket. She has done that now so we'll get her home. No matter what we do, we'll be looking forward to next year for her.

Bellewstown Tue, 27th Aug, 2024  Ob La Di When I entered her, I thought 'gees she would have a great chance of winning a race', but when you see the standard of race. It looked a very, very competitive race, but this is a filly we always thought a lot of at the start of the year. She goes through the soft ground well and it was a good performance. I just put the cheekpieces on for this track, it is a sharp track. I put them on her and she probably didn't need them, but around here just put them on her to help her on this track. She is going the right way and I think she is a filly for the future.

Naas Sun, 25th Aug, 2024  Revoke Colin said she’s done what we said she’d do at home which is lovely. That’s her first time away and her first time galloping on turf. We do that as I’m adamant I don’t care if they are beaten first time out as they get a second bite, and then we know where we can go with them. We won’t shy away with her, from what we can get at two, and heading for black-type as she’s quick. We’ll just see how she takes this as there is nothing of her and she’s only a 410 kilos filly. She’ll either come forward from this or she’ll go back so she’ll tell me what to do. Worst case scenario she’ll be in Dundalk for the Mercury or something like that.
