We wanted to be a bit closer, maybe halfway back, but she missed a beat at the start. That's the thing with these top jockeys, though. They can go to Plan B or Plan C and still come out on top, and he duly produced her at the right time. Billy has been very lucky for us in these colours, with the likes of Barretstown and Trump Card. I asked Billy what do we have, because she's so versatile that I'm still not entirely sure what her best trip is!. I wasn't sure about today's trip and thought she might prefer it a bit softer, but she's so genuine and I'd love to have a few more like her. She hasn't won at Galway, but has run well there a few times and loves the hustle and bustle, and hopefully that will get her into one of the '70' handicaps, either over seven or a mile and half-a-furlong. After race at Limerick Sat, 24th Jun, 2023 (1st)  she looked like she idled so Jake was dead right to keep riding and he kept her going. Losing any momentum would have given the runner-up a chance. I'm delighted. I only got her two weeks before her run in the Curragh and it was her owner's (Pat Rohan, from Killaloe) plan to run in the Curragh. I didn't know much about her but she is genuine and lovely to train. Six furlongs at the Curragh was a probably a little short but seven (furlongs) is ideal. Thank God we found a winnable race and maybe Galway will be on the horizon now. Conor O'Dwyer

After race at Gowran Park Wed, 11th May, 2022 (1st)  She was unlucky not to win in Sligo. The trip in Sligo was probably a bit short for her but I knew she would come up the hill. I always thought she would win a maiden but when we got a mark of 70 I thought we would take advantage of it. I think she could develop into a Lincoln filly for next year. She can be a bit gassy early but I think she’ll stay a mile. She got hurt here last year. She fractured a shin bone and we left her alone. James M Barrett
