Seeharn takes Curragh opener
Kevin Prendergast trained his third two year old winner in a week at The Curragh today, when his newcomer Seeharn landed a gamble (8/1 in the morning, into 15/8f) to take the opening Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden. Fri 04th Jun
She did it well. She was entitled to do that. She ran very well at the Curragh and it was a messy race [fifth in the Group 3 Minstrel Stakes]. She was only beaten three lengths in that Group race. She might run next Thursday at Limerick. There is a Listed race for her there.

She's a nice filly. She won't run again until the Moyglare. We'll give her a little break and I think she'll be a good contender,. She hates the ground, being by Pivotal. That's why she didn't win by four lengths. Hopefully it gets soft (for the Moyglare). If it does there'll be no danger!

Seeharn is probably the greenest of my three recent juvenile winners and the ground is probably as quick as she wants it . she will go for the Fillies Listed race at The Curragh on Derby weekend next.
