Formscan - DARN HOT GALLOP has faced some stiff assignments since winning on the Rowley Mile at the Craven meeting, having been outclassed in the 1000 Guineas before finishing down the field in the Sandringham at Royal Ascot. This is a much easier assignment and the extra couple of furlongs might yield improvement, especially given the dam's side of her pedigree. Way Of Life has been in fine fettle on the all-weather and can enter the reckoning, along with High Degree.
