Formscan By Tom Weekes - HIGH KICK KEV can defy a penalty and win on his seasonal reappearance. By a good sire and related to some useful staying types, the selection showed promise in point-to-points prior to scoring in a Clonmel bumper last April. That form is nothing special but he stays well and will appreciate today’s softening ground. Race-fit Gunnery Sergeant has form on soft ground and while he receives 8lb from the selection, is nonetheless a nine-race maiden. La Muleta has shown nice ability on good ground recently but soft ground could be a concern.

Weights - 4-y-o 11st 10lbs 5-y-o and up 11st 12lbs. Mares allowed 7lbs.
