Permission was given for Pachacuti (IRE) to wear a red hood to post.
Rouge De L'quest (IRE), trained by Rebecca Curtis did not wear a parade ring number cloth.
After interviewing Curtis, her explanation was noted.
An enquiry was held to consider interference at the start, when Phantom Getaway (IRE), placed fourth, ridden by Tom Bellamy, interfered with Jalisco Star (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Kevin Brogan.
Bellamy was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he had moved sharply left-handed when insufficiently clear, causing Brogan to check his mount.
Having considered the evidence given by Brogan at the enquiry, which in the opinion of the Stewards was deliberately misleading, Brogan was suspended for 7 days*.
*After further review, on Tuesday 11 November the decision taken in relation to Mr Brogan was quashed under Rule (L)7 as it was determined that the threshold for a breach of the Rules was not reached.
Following the race, Sean Bowen reported that ROGUE DE L'QUEST (IRE), which was pulled up, jumped poorly.
