The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr P.A. King, rider of Muskerry Rock, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip frequency regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(excessive frequency) and having taken his clean record into account suspended him for three race days
Mr J.W. Hendrick, rider of Kiwi De Cotte (FR), trained by Denis Paul Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the third last and pulled up.
A steeplechase for ? Certified Hunters four years old and upwards that have not won a race under any N.H. Rules or Rules of Racing or a Point-to-Point Steeplechase before 4th October, 2025 and that have between 4th October, 2025 and 29th April, 2026 been placed either first, second, third or fourth in a Certified Hunters Steeplechase or a Point-To-Point Steeplechase in Ireland
