FormscanBy Alan Magee - SHARE THE HONOUR certainly hasn’t set the world alight so far over hurdles but is given another chance to translate his useful Flat form to jumps. The Tony Martin-trained gelding was placed in a valuable handicap at the Curragh on Irish Derby weekend before scoring over a mile and a half at the Galway Festival. He showed some promise in maiden hurdles notably behind Mengli Khan here last year, and is off a nice mark compared to his rating on the level. Warnaq is a bit like the selection in that she appears better on the Flat, and comes here in good form having recorded a third career win earlier this month at Naas. Western Honour was having his first outing for current connections when just denied in a Thurles maiden last week. It wasn’t the strongest of contests but he’s still one for the shortlist on his handicap debut. Folly Dat made a bold bid from the front over course and distance last time, while Banjo, Euro So Brave and the long-time absent Kilkeaskins First are others to consider.
