FormscanBy Tom Weekes - LOCAL CELEBRITY is quite likely raced for a 10 year old but might win this ordinary contest. His two runs over fences this season have not set the world on fire but if returning to near his best form over hurdles, he should be thereabouts and should strip fitter for his most recent efforts. Tobac Brun makes his chase debut but has been a capable type over hurdles. He should benefit from this experience but might not be far away from the business end. Third Opinion had his first start for a year recently and should benefit from that run and is helped by his rider's 7lbs claim. Rock County has previous chase experience but might need to improve to win. Line View is a point-to-point winner and while he won on fast ground last year, might be better for this chase debut. Knockanarrigan needs to show more than on his latest chase starts while a similar comment applies to Doc Hollywood. Ballysteen has yet to recapture his best hurdle form from some years ago and looks best watched.
