Quartz is a half brother to Kingsbarns and is clearly interesting despite his somewhat belated debut. He is also a half brother to two more Group winners and four further winners but it is slightly worrying that connections opt for such an undulating venue for his debut, with the colt also having no fancy entries. Lucent Dream raced a little keen on his latest start and while he showed some promise having been backed on debut, needs to show more to win this with a first-time tongue-tie also a minor worry. Cillian's Return is clearly a capable sort but this trip looks much too sharp and he looks best watched on his return since May. Ducky Mallon has place prospects while Glowing Report might need to improve to figure.%0A
