After race at Punchestown Tue, 15th Sep, 2026 (1st)  the race worked out perfectly for Sanctijude as they went a good pace early on and Billy was able to sit on her. She seemed to like that bit of ease in the ground. I said to Michael Deegan (owner) half-way around that we’d find out whether she wants 1m1f or not, as they went a good gallop from the start, which seemed to suit her. She’s a consistent filly, if not a bit unlucky, as when she hits the front, she downs tools a little bit. We’ll find something similar in the near future, now that the ground has come for her. After race at Gowran Park Wed, 20th May, 2026 (1st)  We were talking beforehand how do we win it. It was grand to get it done. Billy said he'd go forward but I said if someone wants to go forward, I'd love it to ride like a bit of work and have her come into it. That's the way it worked out, so I'm delighted. I'm delighted for Michael and Dymphna Deegan; they're getting on a flight at 5.30 to fly out to Kenya, I think, to visit their sister who is seventy, so a nice present for them. W McCreery
