Formscan - This year's renewal might be short on numbers but there is no doubting the quality on show, and OMBUDSMAN is fancied to get his revenge having been touched off by Delacroix in the Eclipse last month. Although arguably worth more than the winning margin would suggest that day, the Gosdens' colt is now 3lb better off. His Prince Of Wales' triumph still lives fresh in the memory and if returning to that level of form, he could prove a tough nut to crack. Japanese raider Danon Decile was last seen defeating the classy Calandagan in the Sheema Classic so he merits plenty of respect, while the unbeaten Daryz can't be overlooked either.
