He's a good horse. It was a messy race as they went no gallop. I missed a bit of time with him a month or two ago and he's having a proper blow, he's going to come on a lot from it. If I didn't come here I had to go to Navan, there aren't a lot of races for him going forward and I wanted to get a run into him. On the day probably 80 per cent of mine ran below par so I was nervous going into the race, but I think he's a proper horse. It's all about the future with this horse, whatever he does this year is only going to be a bonus â I think he's a real one. The boys (KTDA Racing) are big supporters of the yard and they flew over from England today, so I'm delighted to get them a winner. He'll go straight to Cheltenham now. I'm not worried about today, the race was very messy and it didn't work out. They went no gallop and he's a big galloping horse. He's a stayer. Harry said he didn't do a stroke when he got to the front. It's one of those days, I didn't think we had too many that were going to win but at the same time we had one or two run disappointing. That's the game we're in and I've had worse days.

They went a good gallop, the pedal never came off. They went very fast,. Our lad needs every bit of the trip, he was flat out. The mare had us at it. He made a few mistakes, but he’s very gutsy and he digs deep. He pulled up when he got to the front then and I was glad the line came when it did. It’ll be interesting to see what Jack says. I’d say Jack maybe idled a bit as well, he thought he was home and hosed. He should have kept going, but thankfully we held on. They are great lads and big supporters of Cullentra. This horse was bought to be a stayer, we’re hoping he’ll go the whole way.

I was on the back foot really the whole way from there. I suppose his stamina kicked in down to the last and he probably got a bit lonely in front. To be fair to the mare (Kargese), she was good and hardy to get back at him . He does (have the heart of a lion), he is very tough. I was very happy with his jumping, I thought it was a lot sharper today until the ditch down the back. I met the next one lovely and I kind of just let him at it himself, thinking he would come and he just put in another little short one. Thankfully, he got it done anyway. I suppose it is (relief) a bit when you are coming into the weekend thinking he is probably your best chance of a winner. Obviously, we had a great day yesterday, but I suppose with these good horses you just want them to get over the line. They went a good gallop, the pedal never came off. They went very fast. I was hoping the line was going to be further away than it was,. Jack said Kieren Buckley (on Irish Panther) was very good on his horse, he winged it and got three lengths on him and we got stuck in a pocket. The horse was very gutsy, we know he stays very well and we’ll have learned a lot from today. I said to Jack straight away that two miles is going to be too sharp for him but he said ‘don’t rule it out yet, he’ll have learned a lot from today as he was spending a bit of time in the air over his fences and was a bit slow away from them’. If we got soft ground on the first day of Cheltenham, you’d never know. The beauty I have with these owners is that we can leave everything as late as we can. We can enter him in everything and then see what we do.

Jumped brilliant, probably could have done with even going half a stride quicker the whole way around. Travelled very well and never missed a beat. He got in tight to a couple, but it was more me trying to restrain him than anything. He's as quick as lightning (jumping), he's unbelievable. He's after growing up an awful lot. He was very keen early on in his career. He's a lot simpler to ride now. Exactly (chasing is his game). That was brilliant, he was good. We always knew chasing was going to be his game and we’re absolutely thrilled. It’s just one of those days, the horses are absolutely flying and we’re absolutely delighted. Obviously, with Cheltenham you have two or three (miles). We could also come back here at Easter or go to Aintree, there are loads of options. The one thing Jack did say is that he wouldn’t be afraid to bring him back to two (miles) off a real fast pace, the way he jumps. There is no decision that needs to be made today, we’re going to enjoy it and see what happens.

It couldn't have been more straightforward. Jack said he's one of those horses that you would love to have the last three fences in, he was that good. Jack said he was very good. I thought it was a good performance, he couldn't have done any more than he did so we are absolutely delighted. I imagine we will probably head for the Drinmore (in Fairyhouse) now. We'll enjoy today and see what happens. You have the Drinmore and you have Christmas, we'll talk to the lads and see what they want to do. They are great supporters of Cullentra.

Obviously it didn’t go to plan the last day and we all went home a bit disappointed,. I’m delighted for the boys, they are back over here today. I’m very proud of the horse, and the boys that own him, as they are big supporters of Cullentra. He had a little blip the last day and we’re very happy. Looking at that today, I’d say just a fast gallop is what he needs. He looked good there today. We said after the last day, we were going to go on and keep it simple. I’d imagine he’ll probably go for the Supreme Novices’.

He's a speedy horse and I'm delighted with him. He's a real two miler, a quick horse. He'll definitely stay two miles. I think he was almost foot perfect - even down to the last, he got in close to it and quick away from it. A great performance, he jumped class. He came out of Donnchadh's (Doyle) and all those horses are very well schooled. Last year in Punchestown he was running a bit keen and probably got a bit lit up at the end of the season. He's a lot stronger - even watching him walking around the ring, there is a big improvement in him today. Last year he was light. I imagine the Royal Bond will be where he goes, all being well.
