Formscan - LADY BALKO relished the step up in trip when landing the spoils over C&D a fortnight ago. That was just the five-year-old's second outing over fences and she scored with enough in hand to suggest that a 9lb hike in the ratings won't prevent her from following up. Village Master racked up a five-timer earlier in the year and he can be excused his reappearance when pulled up at Ffos Las after being hampered twice. Warren Greatrex's charge is feared most, ahead of the returning Northern Poet.
