Formscan By John O'Riordan - GREEN STYLE(1) can land the festival finale for Willie and Patrick Mullins. An impressive scorer on his stable debut at Cork last month, the five-year-old sets a decent standard in a race of this nature. With the unpenalized newcomers coming from yards not traditionally associated with bumper winners, it will be a surprise if one of the previous winners doesn't land the spoils. Iron Sword could give the selection most to do. Trainer Andy Slattery does particularly well with his small string of bumper horses and the son of For Fun did it nicely at Ballinrobe last time. Game Shadow, who scored at Perth on his first start for John McConnell, also merits respect.

He had a setback last winter and, being a very good-moving horse, we decided to keep him in. We got him from the Crawfords and any of the ones we've got from them have been very professional. He isn't flashy at home, so that's why we came for a 2m2f bumper, but he has a high cruising speed and that's why I made the running. What he did there is better than what he does at home, and when he steps up in trip, I think he'll be better again. I think he will also go on soft ground and I'd be hoping he could be one for the winners' bumper at Listowel, so we'll see what Willie wants to do.
