An I.N.H. flat race for four years old and upwards that have not won a race under any N.H. Rules or Rules of Racing (excluding Academy Hurdles and 3-y-o Junior N.H. Hurdles) that are EBF eligible and which had been purchased as an unraced three or four year old at Public Auction under the hammer in Ireland or Great Britain for #45,000 or less at a recognised National Hunt Store Sale and that have not been purchased at Public Auction under the hammer in Ireland or Great Britain for any more than #45,000 at any time
Weights - 4-y-o 11st 4lbs 5-y-o and up 12st. Mares allowed 7lbs.
Riders - Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules. Professional Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules (other than apprentices) who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (up to and including 8th March) may also ride in this race. (The first sale as an unraced three or four yrs old to govern the price if sold more than once). (Auction prices in euro must be stipulated at time of entry).
