Permission was given for Stay Sharp (GB) and Copperfield (GB) to both wear a red hood to the start.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the final furlong involving Musical Soldier (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Libby Swallow and Euphonia (GB), unplaced, ridden by Luke Morris.
Being a 7lb claiming apprentice, Swallow was accompanied in the enquiry by a senior rider.
Swallow was cautioned for careless riding as she allowed her mount to drift left-handed without sufficient correction, causing Morris to take a precautionary check.
Following the race, Jason Watson reported that Copperfield (GB), unplaced, hung badly left-handed.
Luke Morris reported that Euphonia (GB), unplaced, was denied a clear run approaching the final furlong.
