Formscan By Shane Redmond - RODEO BLUES (3) failed to land a blow when coming from off the pace in a 17-runner handicap at Galway but still ran a big race to take fifth spot. She was earlier a winner at both Ballinrobe and Naas and could be the one to beat on that form. A Pretty Penny has finished behind Rodeo Blues on two occasions but is far better off at the weights now and she’s likely to get a lot closer. Maxminelli shaped with promise on his handicap debut behind a strong favourite at Limerick last month and should go well along with Tanzanite Diamond who will appreciate the step back up in distance.
