She’s Happy Henry’s little sister, so it’s great that the two of them have won this year, it keeps everything rolling. It’s great to get another winner for Billy, he’s riding out of his skin. I’m delighted. We’ll look for something similar for her.

Leopardstown Thu, 20th Aug, 2026  Ben Hur I thought Adam went to the front very early in Galway. He was travelling really well but he went to the front nearly at the bottom of the hill but that wasn't the day to do that. He made up for it today. He's a nice horse. All going well, he'll probably turn up in the four-year-old handicap hurdle in Listowel (Lartigue). He will run on the Flat again but I think he'll go to Listowel.

Tramore Sat, 15th Aug, 2026  A Pretty Penny She won in Ballinrobe earlier in the season and the tighter tracks seem to suit her better. She was second here at the last meeting and we knew she'd handle the track. Shay gave her a great ride. He carried out the instructions to a tee. We didn't even look past today, to be honest. The plan was always to come back here.

Galway Mon, 27th Jul, 2026  Madbadanddangerous He’s a nice horse. The ground was a help, it was easy ground which it was in the north the last day,. I said to Colin to try and ride him the same as Gavin (Ryan) did the last day, which worked out quite well, and he said it was spot on. He said he’d go further and two miles wouldn’t be a problem. We could maybe head for the Irish Cesarewitch or something like that, I don’t know if a three-year-old could win the Cesarewitch. Maybe he might. It’s worth a lot of money so we’ll go there. I would have kept him for Friday but he wasn’t going to get in. It was a good performance with the weight and we had the man of the moment. We’ll paddle on with the Flat for the moment. I’d say he’d jump hurdles, he’s a big horse, but we’ll see how far we can get on the Flat first. I’m delighted for Seamus (Hunt), unfortunately he doesn’t move around that much anymore but he gets a great kick out of watching them on the telly as well. He’ll be thrilled.

Cork Tue, 19th May, 2026  L L Koulsty He had a grand run here the last day and we were happy when 'heavy' came into today's going description (after the fourth race). He stays a mile but I think he is better over seven (furlongs) and he relaxed fine with the cheekpieces off. We initially had thought of him as a Madrid Handicap-type horse, but in February we brought him to Newcastle for the all-weather over a mile, which didn't work, but thankfully he is running a lot better back on turf. We will come back here during Royal Ascot as there is a nice handicap for him, when he'll be in off a light weight in a better race.

Leopardstown Sun, 10th May, 2026  Halon Bay It was lovely. He has improved with every run. Luke (McAteer) gave him a super ride the last day. He got wide in Bellewstown and as a result he learned plenty. He was more streetwise today. With normal improvement, we didn’t expect him to win today but we expected him to run well. He got a strong ride from Ben, and he handled the ground really well. The penny started to drop two furlongs out. He ran a lovely race; he’s a nice horse. We were hoping he’d be able to win a maiden. He has that job done now and we’ll take it from there. He’s a big horse and time will do him good. He’ll get a mile-and-a-quarter.
