Formscan By Alan Magee - BUTCHER HOLLOW made a big impression when easily landing a point-to-point at Tallow in February and was snapped up by current connections for 200,000 at Cheltenham later that month. There is some substance to the form as the second gave the useful Intense Approach a fright next time in a point and the third ran well in a Ballinrobe bumper. Tactical Affair has the best piece of bumper form having finished a creditable fifth in the valuable Goffs Sales race at the Punchestown Festival and Gordon Elliott’s charge is sure to have benefitted from that experience. Sportinthepark shaped with promise on his only point start in April and was sold for 170,000 at Punchestown the following week, while Mount Anglesby is a half-brother to two jumps winners and cost 70,000 at the Derby Sale last year.
