Formscan By Eamonn Murphy - Skyace is back at the scene of her greatest hour, which of course came when she secured Grade One honours over track and trip in April. A horse-in-a-lifetime for connections, we haven’t seen Skyace now since she pulled up in the Galway Hurdle in July. Recent reports from trainer, ‘Shark’ Hanlon, have been encouraging, and a big performance is surely in the offing. Skyace beat QUEENS BROOK by a head around this time last year at Down Royal. Another previous Fairyhouse scorer, Queens Brook, from the in-form Gordon Elliott yard, has the benefit of a recent run under her belt. That should leave her well placed to account for stable companion Wide Receiver, Ciel De Neige, and the aforementioned Skyace. Two Shoe Tom will do very well to play any more than a minor part.
