Formscan By Alan Magee - BALLYADAM is a Grade 1 winner over hurdles and now makes his debut on the Flat at the tender age of ten. That top level victory came five years ago in the ‘Royal Bond’ but he still retains plenty of ability having filled third spot last time off a mark of 151 in the Coral Cup at the Cheltenham Festival. El Galvino had a couple of these rivals well behind when third behind Etawa over an extended 1m2f here last month, while Icare Desbois’ three wins for Willie Mullins included a charity race over this trip at the Curragh last year. Silent Guardian and Down Royal hurdle winner Cinammon Coco are others to consider.
