Quotes on Zoar (USA)
Speaking after the race, O’Brien said, .He’s a grand horse. I don’t have him that long and, in fairness to the Halleys, they did a great job with him,. I only did one breeze with him last weekend and it went nicely, so we said we’d come here. He’s a nice horse to get. I think he’s still a little bit green, he pricked his ears when he got to the front there. I think he’ll get another furlong, but I’m not convinced he’s going to be a seven-furlong/mile horse. I’d say he’ll probably get quicker as he gets older. It was a nice performance. I’d imagine we’ll have a look at stakes company next time and see where he stands at that level.

Quotes on Fighting Tears (IRE)
She’s a very nice filly, we like her. She’s shown us plenty of ability at home,. We don’t over-prep them first time out, they usually come on. They usually take a blow and need the experience but we were kind of hopeful something like that might happen on what she was showing us at home. Ronan gave her a lovely ride. She loved the ground and was very straightforward. It’s nice to see. The Round Tower could be a possibility, we’ve made no firm plans and we’ll see what else is available. She hit the line strongly; she apparently took a blow at the furlong pole and then hit the line fairly well. I wouldn’t be afraid of stepping her up but I don’t think I need to right away. It gives us a few options.
