Approaching 2 furlongs out, Malham Tarn Cove (GB), placed fourth, moved marginally right-handed, causing the winner, Diamondsinthesand (IRE) to become tightened for room between runners, having been present into a rapidly diminishing gap, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.
Following the race, Luke Morris reported that Autumn Festival (GB) (GB), placed third, was slowly away.
