Leaving the stalls, Mademoiselle Belle (IRE), placed fifth, jumped left-handed, inconveniencing Pull The Rug (IRE), placed third, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.

Approaching and passing, two furlongs out, the winner, Guernsey Angel (GB), hung persistently right- handed despite the rider’s best efforts, causing the rider of Dinamo (IRE), unplaced, to take a check when crowded for room, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Guernsey Angel (GB).

An enquiry was held to consider interference one and a half furlongs out, involving Dragon Spin (GB), placed fourth, ridden by Alexandra Egan and Dinamo (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Jack Nicholls.

Being a 7lb claiming Apprentice, Egan was accompanied in the enquiry by a senior rider.

The interference was found to be accidental as Egan had initially shifted left-handed when awkwardly placed close to the heels of Tamather (GB), unplaced, and thereafter, Egan’s mount quickly proceeded to hang left-handed despite her best efforts to prevent the filly doing so, resulting in the rider of Dinamo (IRE) having to take a significant check.

An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the half furlong marker, involving Mademoiselle Belle (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Faye McManoman, Dinamo (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Jack Nicholls and Tickettothestars (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Lewis Edmunds.

The interference was found to be accidental as Mademoiselle Belle (IRE) had moved sharply left-handed away from the whip, and despite being quickly correctly by its rider, gave a heavy bump to Dinamo (IRE) causing Nicholls to take a check, which in turn caused him to make contact with Tickettothestars (IRE), moving that filly off its intended line.

Following the race, Faye McManoman reported that Mademoiselle Belle (IRE), placed fifth, hung left- handed.
