Permission was given for Moulin Booj (IRE) to wear a red hood to post, for Law Of Average (GB) to go to post early, for Kinetic Force (GB) to be mounted on the course and to go to post early wearing a red hood and for Raneenn (IRE) to be mounted on the course and to go to post early.
The Starter reported that Lightning Bear (IRE) was unruly in the stalls and was withdrawn at 6:21pm.
Jim Boyle was informed that the gelding could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
As it was the second occasion within the previous 12 months that Lightning Bear (IRE) had been reported, a further report within the same period would mean the gelding would be prevented from having a stalls test for 6 months.
The winner, Glamorous Breeze (GB) appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Newbury on 16 August 2025, where the mare finished nineth of eleven runners, beaten 6 ¾ lengths.
It was noted that Christopher Mason could offer no explanation other than the mare may have appreciated the all- weather surface at Lingfield.
Glamorous Breeze (GB) was routine tested.
Following the race, Hollie Doyle reported that Almaty Star (IRE), unplaced, anticipated the start and as a result was slowly away and Joey Haynes reported that approximately half a furlong out, Law Of Average (GB), unplaced, jinked sharply left-handed away from the whip and in doing so collided with the running rail.
