Formscan By Alan Magee - IMPERO has proved a good servant to connections winning five times over hurdles and should benefit from his recent debut over fences. The Cian Collins-trained gelding is suited by good ground and only weakened in the closing stages when sent chasing at Kilbeggan. Scalpnagoon has gained plenty of experience over fences this year including when second at Ballinrobe last month, while the lightly raced Soir De Garde easily won a Tramore maiden hurdle and may prove the pick of Willie Mullins’ two runners. Wendrock has proved disappointing this year including when switched to fences at Punchestown last time.
