FormscanBy Michael Graham - RIVIERA SUN's fifth place to Windsor Park in Leopardstown at Christmas fairly leaps off the page in light of the latter winning the Grade One Neptune at the Cheltenham Festival. After that race though he was only fourth in a two mile three maiden hurdle at Naas, but perhaps this drop back to two miles will enable him to score for the first time since landing a Down Royal bumper over that trip in March last year. He's now rated 116 over hurdles and should have enough to get the victory. Hard Station, in the first-time hood, is worth keeping an eye on in the market following his facile victory by 15 lengths in a Kilworth point-to-point a fortnight ago. Lahaag, who has three wins on the flat in England to his name, was just getting into the race when brought down two out in Thurles. That was on soft to heavy ground and this Charles Byrnes representative looks to be a contender. The Mighty Milan went off 6/4 favourite over course and distance in December, but was beaten into third by Velocity Boy. He can't be ruled out as he was fourth in Clonmel to another Cheltenham winner in Killultagh Vic. Troll D'Oudairies was fourth on his last two outings, but wasn't beaten far and may give the selection most to think about.
