FormscanBy Michael Graham - A good race in prospect. The unraced pair of Eagle Passing and Tesseract represent the powerful stables of Gordon Elliott and Aidan O'Brien and must be monitored in the market. Tom Mullins' CHARBEL created a good impression when nicely winning a Leopardstown bumper by four lengths at the backend of February. This led to connections talking of a tilt at the Champion Bumper at Punchestown. The form of that race looks solid as the third-placed horse, Cape City Boy, had previously won a Down Royal bumper by eight lengths and Shark Hanlon thinks a fair bit of him. Ball D'arc goes for Gigginstown and Pat Doyle's charge kept on best when winning his point-to-point at Belharbour. He could be a useful recruit to the racecourse proper. Tokenella was beaten three parts of a length into second in a four-runner bumper over course and distance and can improve.
