Jetara is on course to have another crack at the Close Brothers Mares’ Hurdle at Cheltenham next month, with a possible visit to the breeding shed first.

Jessica Harrington’s charge finished fourth behind Lossiemouth in the Grade 1 contest last March.

She was subsequently placed twice at the top level, at both Aintree and Punchestown.

The Walk In The Park mare was also third on her most recent outing, behind Feet Of A Dancer at Doncaster last month.

Assistant trainer Kate Harrington said: "She is very good, she has come out of that race well.

"It’s all systems go for the Mares' Hurdle at Cheltenham with her now.

"If it falls right, we could potentially get her covered before then. You would hope that would bring a little bit of improvement."
