if you were betting in running she would have been some price (79/1 on Betfair)! When it works out its some ride but if she was beaten a neck you'd say she was asleep!. She could never get any closer at any stage and also she 'missed' a few . the horse in front got a bit lonesome and she nabbed him on the line. She went up 10lbs for winning the last day and I'm sure she'll get a few more after this but it's just nice to win - if you're second you'll still get six or seven pounds. She has won two nice little handicaps and may be able to win a nice Flat handicap during the summer. It's always sweeter having Katie on board a winner!

she has done everything right and got a great ride! At the second last, I thought the other horse (Norrah Star) had flown but she came home well. She is nicely bred and is a dual bumper winner but today was the first day she jumped well. I ran her in Punchestown (behind Champagne Fever on heavy ground) but I shouldn't have, as it flattened her and took quite a bit out of her. She had a bit of a break after that. I could tell you today was the plan but it wasn't . I thought she might be placed but I'm delighted she won.

She surprised me the last day and I was pleasantly surprised today again,. She has a good Flat pedigree and her dam is a half-sister to a good horse. There is a small possibility she could go for the Grade One bumper at Punchestown but she might go for a two-mile Flat race. She's a quality Flat-type mare and she jumps well, but I've no intention of going jumping with her for a while.

I bought her to go to the breeze-up's but she wasn't quick enough to go there so we held onto her. She has a good staying pedigree. She finished well at Punchestown and has obviously come on well from that run. She will come back here in a few weeks for a Listed four-year-old bumper.
